నిన్న 'హిందూ'లో CPM కార్యదర్శి రాఘవులు బొమ్మని చూసి ఆశ్చర్యపొయ్యాను. పిమ్మట చాలా రోజుల తరవాత పేపర్లో ఆయన బొమ్మని చూసినందుకు సంతోషించాను. ఈ మధ్య కాలంలో రాష్ట్ర రాజకీయాల్లో CPM బొత్తిగా వెనకబడిపోయింది.
'మేం భాషా ప్రయుక్త రాష్ట్రాలకి అనుకూలం, రాష్ట్ర విభజనకి వ్యతిరేకం. రాష్ట్రాన్ని విడగొట్టేట్లైతే మేం అడ్డుపడం' అని ఒక ప్రకటన చేసేసి ఆ పార్టీ నాయకులు ఇంట్లో కూర్చున్నారు. ఇది చాలా ఆశ్చర్యకరమైన రాజకీయ విధానం. రాష్ట్రాలు కలిసే ఉండటం, కొత్త రాష్ట్రాలు ఏర్పడటం, ఉన్న రాష్ట్రాల్ని విభజించడంపై CPM లో విధానపరమైన చర్చ జరిగినట్లు నాకు అనిపించడంలేదు.
భాషాప్రయుక్త రాష్ట్రాలే విధానం కలిగిన కలిగిన CPM, హిందీ రాష్ట్రాలన్నింటినీ ఒకే రాష్ట్రంగా కలిపేసే ఉద్యమానికి శ్రీకారం చుడుతుందా? మరప్పుడు గూర్ఖాలాండ్ ని ఎందుకు వ్యతిరేకిస్తుంది? కేవలం BJP చిన్న రాష్ట్రాలకి అనుకూలం కావున, CPM దానికి వ్యతిరేక విధానం తీసుకుందా? నేనైతే అలా అనుకోవట్లేదు.
దేశజనాభా పెరిగిపోతుంది. ప్రాంతీయంగా ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షలు పెరుగుతున్నాయి. రేపు విదర్భ విషయంలో కూడా జాతీయ పార్టీగా ఒక అభిప్రాయం, నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవలసిన అవసరం CPM కి ఉంది. ప్రజల విస్తృత ప్రయోజనాల రీత్యా, మారుతున్న కాలానికి అనుగుణంగా తమ రాజకీయాలు స్పష్టంగా నిర్వచించవలసిన అవసరం ఆ పార్టీకి ఉంది.
ఇదేమీ లేకుండా.. భాషా ప్రయుక్త రాష్ట్రాలు అంటూ పిడివాదన తలకెత్తుకుంటే.. భవిష్యత్తులో ఆ పార్టీ కష్టాల్లో పడే ప్రమాదం ఉంది. రాజకీయ అభిప్రాయాలు, నిర్ణయాలు గోడక్కొట్టిన మేకులా స్థిరంగా ఉండవు. కాలానుగుణంగా మార్పు అనేది రాజకీయాల్లో సహజం. ఇది ఆ పార్టీ నాయకత్వం ఎంత తొందరగా అర్ధం చేసుకుంటే అంత మంచిది. అసలు ప్రజల అభిమానాన్ని చూరగొనే విషయంలో (తాము అనుకుంటున్న) బూర్జువా పార్టీలతో పోటీ పడే ఉద్దేశ్యం CPM కి ఉందా? లేదా?
మన రాష్ట్రంలో కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీకి గొప్ప చరిత్ర ఉంది. ఎందఱో మహానాయకుల్ని దేశానికి అందించిన ఘనచరిత్ర కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీది. సుందరయ్య, బసవపున్నయ్య, మోటూరు హనుమంతరావు.. ఈ లిస్టు పెద్దది. ఎంతో చరిత్ర కలిగిన CPM ఇవ్వాళ రాష్ట్రంలో రాజకీయంగా పెనుమార్పులు సంభవిస్తుంటే.. సాక్షీభూతంగా నిస్సహాయంగా చూస్తూ ఉండిపోవడం మినహా.. ప్రజలని రాజకీయంగా కనీస స్థాయిలోనైనా ప్రభావితం చెయ్యలేని స్థితిలో కునారిల్లుతుంది. ఇదొక విషాదం.
పోస్టు సీరియస్ గా అయిపోతుంది. కావున సరదాగా ఒక జోక్ రాస్తాను. ఒకప్పుడు CPM పార్టీకి ధరలు పెరిగినప్పుడల్లా నిరసన ప్రదర్సనలు చేసే ఆనవాయితీ ఉండేది. ఈ ప్రదర్శనలకి చిరాకు పడ్డ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ, రోజువారీగా ధరలు పెంచడం మొదలెట్టింది. రోజూ నిరసన తెలియజెయ్యడం ఏ పార్టీకైనా కష్టం కావున.. CPM ఆ పని నుండి వైదోలిగింది. ఆ విధంగా కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ CPM పై క్షేత్ర స్థాయిలో విజయం సాధించింది. పార్లమెంటరీ రాజకీయాల్లో ఎత్తుకు పైయ్యెత్తు వేసేవారిదే విజయం. రాజ్యం వీర భోజ్యం.
నేను ఇంతకు ముందు "కమ్యూనిస్టు కాకి జ్ఞానోదయం" అంటూ వ్యంగ్యంగా ఒక పోస్టు రాశాను. కామెంట్ల వర్షాన్ని ఎదుర్కొన్నాను. ఈ పోస్టులో మాత్రం అస్సలు వ్యంగ్యం లేదని మనవి చేసుకుంటున్నాను. రాఘవులు నిజాయితీని, నిబద్దతని ఎవ్వరూ ప్రశ్నించలేరు. నాకు వ్యక్తిగతంగా రాఘవులు అంటే గౌరవం. కానీ ప్రజలకి దూరంగా జరిగిపోయ్యి సిద్ధాంతాలతో పార్టీ నడపడం ఈ రోజుల్లో సాధ్యపడదు. ఈ విషయం CPM ఎంత త్వరగా గ్రహిస్తే అంత మంచిది.

ReplyDeleteమనదగ్గర లెఫ్టిజానికి సంబంధించి- సీపీఐ, సీపీఎం పార్టీలు పార్లమెంటరీ అవకాశవాదంలో (Opportunism) కూరుకుపోతే; ఎంఎల్ గ్రూపులన్నీ దుస్సాహసికవాదంలో (Adventurism) మునిగిపోయాయని; ఆ మేరకు అవి ప్రజలతో సంబంధాల్ని, కనెక్టివిటీని పూర్తిగా కోల్పోయాయని తీవ్రమైన విమర్శ ఉంది. లెఫ్టిజాన్ని ఏ స్థాయికి దిగజార్చాలో దానికి మించి పాతాళానికి తీసుకెళ్లిన ఘనత కూడా మన కుహనా లెఫ్టిస్టులకే దక్కుతుందన్నది మరో ఘాటు విమర్శ. ఈ విమర్శల్లో నిజానిజాలను కాలమే నిర్ణయిస్తుంది. ఇంకా కొత్తగా నిర్ణయించడానికేముంది... ఆ విమర్శలన్నీ నిజమేనని ఆల్రెడీ తేలిపోయిందన్నా ఎవరూ చేయగలిగిందేమీ లేదు. సీపీఐ, దాని చీలిక సీపీఎం, ఆపై వచ్చిన వెయ్యిన్నూటొక్క పీలిక పార్టీల, దళాల అనన్యసామాన్యమైన లెఫ్టిస్టు విధానాల వల్ల, అనంతమైన చారిత్రక తప్పిదాల వల్ల ప్రజలకు లెఫ్టు పార్టీల మీద, లెఫ్టిజం మీద ప్రజలకు నమ్మకం దాదాపుగా పోయింది. ఈ పాపం సదరు కుహనా లెఫ్టు పార్టీలదే తప్ప; కమ్యూనిజానిది ఎంతమాత్రం కాదని నా అభిప్రాయం. ఉదాహరణకు కొద్దిమంది Quacks వల్లో; కొందరు వైద్యుల నిర్లక్ష్యం, తప్పిదం, అజాగ్రత్త వల్లో వైద్యం వికటించి ఎవ్వరైనా మరణిస్తే... దానికి బాధ్యులు సదరు Quacks & Doctors అంటామే తప్ప, మొత్తం మెడిసినే ఫెయిలైందనో, లేదంటే తప్పంతా వైద్యానిదే అనే సాహసం ఎవ్వరూ చేయలేరు. మన కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీలు కూడా Quacks లాంటి వారే అనేంత ధైర్యం నేను చేయలేను. ఎవరైనా ఆ ధైర్యం చేసినా నాకెలాంటి అభ్యంతరాల్లేవ్. But, I hold the communism in high regard!! ఏదేమైనా, మీరు ప్రస్తావించిన సీపీఎం పార్టీ ఎంతోకాలంగా అధికారంలో ఉన్న బెంగాల్, కేరళ, త్రిపుర రాష్ట్రాల్లో ప్రజలకు ఒరిగిందేమీ లేదు. చెప్పాలంటే అక్కడ పరిస్థితి మరీ దారుణంగా తయారైంది. అందుకే అక్కడ ప్రజలు సీపీఎం పార్టీని ఓడించారు. ప్రస్తుతం నోట్లు-ఓట్లు-సీట్ల రాజకీయాల్లో సీపీఎం పార్టీకి, మిగతా (వారు చెప్పే బూర్జువా) పార్టీలకు పెద్దగా తేడా ఉందని నేననుకోను. ది హిందూ కూడా సీపీఎం భావాజాలన్నే అనుసరిస్తుంది కాబట్టి రాఘవులకు ప్రొజెక్షన్ బాగానే ఉంటుంది. లేకపోయినా బాధపడాల్సిందేమీ లేదు. ఇటీవలే కోట్ల రూపాయల పెట్టుబడి పెట్టి, ప్రజా సంక్షేమం కోసం, ఎన్ రామ్ చేతుల మీదుగా తెలుగు ప్రజలమీదకు వదలిన 10TV పెడితే థర్డ్ గ్రేడ్ గానా బజానాతో పాటు సీపీఎం నేతలు (రాఘవులు గారితో సహా) కూడా సంయుక్తంగా నిత్యం మనకు దర్శనభాగ్యం కల్పిస్తారు. మనల్ని తరింపజేస్తారు. ఇక మనదగ్గర సీపీఐ, సీపీఎం పార్టీలు ఆల్రెడీ తోకపార్టీలుగా... అంటే ఎన్నికలొచ్చే టైముకు ఏదో ఒక అధికారంలోకి రాగలిగిన పార్టీ తోక పట్టుకుని ముందుకెళ్లడం ఆనవాయితీగా వస్తోంది. ఇప్పటికిప్పుడు సీపీఐతో సహా, సీపీఎం కొత్తగా తమ విధానాలను మౌలికంగా మార్చుకునే బృహత్తర ప్రక్రియ, ఆ ప్రక్రియ వల్ల ప్రజలకు కొత్తగా ఒనగూరే ప్రయోజనం గానీ పెద్దగా ఏమీ ఉండకపోవచ్చు.
ReplyDeleteపాప పరిహారం: ఇక్కడ కేవలం సీపీఎం గురించి గానీ, లేదా రాఘవులు గారి గురించే గానీ పెద్దగా, కొత్తగా రాసేదేమీ లేదు కాబట్టి, కాస్త జనరల్ గా రాయడం వల్ల పోస్టు కొంచెం పెద్దదైంది. పెద్దమనసుతో మన్నించగలరు.

i strongly feel communism is like operating leg when you have pain in head...so no matter who the doctor is as long as the treatment (communism) is wrong there can be no cure and will also result in more pain

When we go through the history, we find some basic fundamental ideologies which guided the mankind in their quest for truth & social progress. For example, Religion in Slavery & Feudalism; Humanism in Capitalist society & then, of late, Dialectical Materialism (they say, Marxism) in Communist Society, which mankind yet to explore and achieve it in the future. And coming to the basis for these ideologies... Supernatural entity is the basis for Religion; More Individual welfare & Less Science are the basis for Humanism and finally Collectivism & Science are the basis for Communism! Whenever any new thought or ideology comes in to being, it must undergo some infantile disorders like bitter opposition, severe difficulties, etc from the old idea or thoughts which were already deep rooted in the then society. When we observe, regarding Heliocentric Theory (Sun is the center of the Universe), its was the new idea or thought or truth which was advocated by one and only Galilio in those times! The whole world opposed this new idea or concept. But in the course of time, gradually and ultimately mankind realized the truth and accepted it. The same is the case with Modern Sciences and Modern Medicine too. Modern medicine also faced innumerable difficulties from the religion and age old practices in the then society. I believe, just 150 years age old ideology i.e, Communism is now in its childhood phase also surely takes time to establish its philosophical base to win over the mankind. Its quite natural! However, when implemented correctly, it is the communism which was created wonders in Soviet union and China, East European countries for some time period; it is communism which protected whole mankind from the fascist blood bath of Hitler's Nazism during Second world war; it is the communism which maintained global peace for almost 5 decades from the war monger America & co; it is the communism which helped the whole third world countries economically, politically, scientifically, technically and also in literary aspects. Painfully the mankind also witnessed the other side of the coin. When the same communism was implemented wrongly due to wrong leadership, people witnessed collapse of socialist camp & many more implications. In both cases, communism is same, but the implementation part of it by its leadership is different. History recorded all these facts. Of course, later history also got manipulated. Thanks to Great America, the self proclaimed prophet of global democracy by instigating wars all over!!! Anyways, I don't think its a mistake of communism, rather the leaders who in the name of communism, with their fanciful ideas & infinite mistakes, making mockery with the people for their votes are to be blamed & condemned first.
